IG&H strengthens its data and AI offering with RevoData’s Databricks expertise and provides scale for international growth.
IG&H has acquired RevoData from Atomic Group, further strengthening its leading position in data and AI. Through the acquisition, IG&H adds a specialized team of more than 40 Databricks professionals, a boutique pure-play partner with a strong track record. The combination of RevoData’s deep Databricks expertise and IG&H’s scalable international platform and sector knowledge addresses a fundamental shift in the market: organizations are no longer looking solely for AI-driven data solutions, but for partners who understand their business and can deliver real transformation.
The acquisition opens up a new playing field for RevoData. The company gains access to IG&H’s sector expertise, boardroom relationships and international infrastructure, including existing hubs in Poland and Portugal, enabling it to scale faster and take on larger, more complex projects. In addition to its engineering hubs in Hungary and the Czech Republic, RevoData is launching new training programs focused on agentic engineering and AI-driven consulting.
Ralph Kootker, CEO of RevoData, shares the company’s growth ambitions: “The way we have been successful so far is not enough for our next growth phase. To grow from 40 professionals to more than 100, we need international infrastructure, broad expertise and market access. With IG&H, we get exactly that. It enables us to scale faster and create greater impact for our clients. At the same time, AI and AI agents are transforming the world at an unprecedented pace. This step positions us better than ever to capitalize on that development and help our clients do the same.”
Atomic Group, the Netherlands’ leader in sovereign cloud, will fully focus on sovereign cloud, data and AI infrastructure for the Netherlands following the sale of RevoData, a market that is growing rapidly as European regulations continue to tighten.
Atomic Group and RevoData will remain partners in delivering data and AI solutions on sovereign infrastructure. Ronald Bezuur, CEO of Atomic Group: “IG&H is the right partner for RevoData. With its international platform capabilities and sector expertise, RevoData can accelerate its next phase of growth. We will continue to work closely together to deliver data and AI solutions on sovereign infrastructure while focusing on what we do best: sovereign infrastructure for the Netherlands.”
