About you
You are a builder who thrives as much in the first as in the last mile of AI – the space between a cool demo and a robust, production-ready system. You don’t just build models; you architect the systems that keep them running.
As a Databricks AI Engineer at RevoData, you embed with customers to navigate the expanding map of Data and AI while keeping your hands deep in the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
We’d love to talk if:
- You live and breathe MLOps & LLMOps: You understand that AI is only as good as its lifecycle management. You are proficient in MLflow for experiment tracking, model versioning, and deployment. You know how to build automated “industrial-grade” pipelines that handle monitoring, evaluation, and CI/CD for both traditional ML and LLMs. Experience with other LLMops tools is welcome too!
- You’re a Databricks Power User: You have a proven track record with the Databricks ecosystem – PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog are your primary tools. You’re excited to implement the latest Mosaic AI features to solve complex customer puzzles. If you’re not yet a power user, but have extensive experience with comparable tooling, do apply! We will teach you!
- You’re a GenAI Architect: You’ve moved beyond simple prompts. You have experience building production-grade GenAI applications, including RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and fine-tuning, using frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or DSPy.
- You have a Consultant Mindset: You enjoy being client-facing. You don’t just execute; you advise. You can translate a vague business challenge into a technical roadmap and lead a project from scoping to delivery.
- You’re a Python Engineer: You have extensive experience with Python and its data/ML libraries. You write clean, testable, and versioned code that follows software engineering best practices.
- You’re a Strategic Navigator: In a fast-paced environment, you’re the one who stays calm. You can explain the “why” behind an architecture to a CTO while pair-programming with an engineer to debug a training pipeline.
Nice to have:
- Databricks certification (ML Engineer, or GenAI Engineer)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Dutch proficiency

- We are open to hiring at Medior level for this position. Our Medior salary range is €50,000-€65,000 per year, Senior is €65,000-€90,000 and Principal is €90,000-€110,000. As part of the hiring process, candidates are benchmarked during the technical assessment. If your skills and experience align more closely with a different level, we will discuss the corresponding salary band with you.
