About You
Take the lead in shaping the future of business data solutions. Spearhead projects that transform complex challenges into actionable solutions. Leverage Databricks to create solution architectures, generate informative content, and build demos that demonstrate real-world applications.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, architectural design patterns and modern data architecture principles
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of Data & AI solutions exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a high bar for quality and lead and mentor other architects & engineers.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Databricks, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Demonstrated strong technical, analytics skills to work with programming languages (Python, SQL and/or Scala) for working on large data sets.
- Knowledgeable about machine learning (concepts and application).
- Knowledgeable about governance and compliance standards in data platforms
- Ability to prepare a project plan, communicate the plan to the team, and break the work down to trackable tasks in Dutch.
- Be the Data & AI champion and share your knowledge with the community (public speaking, training, blogging etc.)

- We are open to hiring at Principal level for this position. The Principal salary range is €90,000–€110,000 gross per year. As part of the hiring process, candidates are benchmarked during the technical assessment. If your skills and experience align more closely with a different level, we will discuss the corresponding salary band with you.
