About the Role 

As one of the core parts of our offering, RevoData offers several ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions for our clients – whether they are just starting out with Databricks, scaling their platform or seeking a trusted partner to manage it effectively. 

Our Technical Product Owner will play a key role in further shaping this core offering – owning its vision, roadmap, and delivery from strategy to continuous implementation for new clients we onboard. You’ll translate client needs into product direction, collaborate closely with internal teams, and ensure that what we build delivers long-term value and quality. 

 

About You

As our Technical Product Owner, you will combine a technical mindset with commercial thinking. You enjoy talking to clients to understand what they really need, translating those insights into clear product direction for our internal teams. You take ownership of the full lifecycle: from identifying market opportunities and defining what to build, to ensuring smooth delivery and client success.  

You are hands-on and eager to do whatever is needed to deliver value: from writing Jira tickets for the team, to co-hosting sales meetings, and determining the long-term roadmap. You bring a scale-up mentality, always thinking a few steps ahead to realize exponential growth.

What you’ll do 

  • Own the product roadmap and translate business and technical needs into prioritized features, actionable tasks and clear success criteria.  
  • Work closely with consultants and engineers to design, improve, and deliver solutions that accelerate adoption and enhance ongoing use of Databricks. 
  • Engage directly with clients to gather feedback, understand pain points and identify opportunities for new features or enhancements. 
  • Oversee the product implementation at customers, ensuring high-quality delivery, smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales to support commercial discussions, preparing demos, and helping identify where new solutions could create value. 
  • Monitor performance and efficiency, analyzing workloads, tracking metrics, and recommending improvements to ensure clients get the most out of Databricks. 
  • Enable client teams to focus on business impact, translating technical best practices into solutions that remove operational complexity and accelerate results.

     

What you bring 

  • You’ve built or managed data-driven products in a B2B environment and know what it takes to move from concept to delivery. 
  • Strong understanding of data platforms or managed services – Databricks experience is a plus. 
  • The ability to translate technical possibilities into business value, and business needs into practical technical solutions. 
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with both clients and technical teams. 
  • A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset: you enjoy turning vision into reality. 
  • Tech-savvy but not necessarily a developer – you understand technical concepts well enough to steer direction confidently.  
  • You should be comfortable engaging with developers directly, both internally and at the client. 
  • Business-level proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).

  • We are open to hiring at Principal level for this position. The Principal salary range is €75,000-€100,000 per year. As part of the hiring process, candidates are benchmarked during the interview process. If your skills and experience align more closely with a different level, we will discuss the corresponding salary band with you.
